Horticulture magazine has been in print for over 100 years and as such is one of the oldest gardening magazines in the US. It is dedicated to celebrating the passion of avid gardeners who take delight not just in gardens but garden-making. It is aimed at intermediate to expert gardeners.

I was commissioned to write a feature about aesthetically-pleasing kitchen gardens. It included how to plant vegetables in patterns to create an interesting look in the vegetable garden. I also supplied three workable planting plans for readers to try.
